1.) USE 20/20/20 FORMULA

You may not become an expert in your work in a day or a month; for that, it may take you 3–4 years, or it may take more days than that. You must always be doing something in your work.

3rd 20 minutes:-

5:40-6:00 At this time you have to read the book. so that you can increase your knowledge further.

You will know what to do to become the hero from zero, but if you do not have time then you can also listen to audiobooks. Nowadays there are many apps available in the market from which you can listen.

2.) TWIN CYCLE OF ELITE PERFORMER

We are taught from childhood that if we want to achieve everything we have to work long hours, But according to the author of the book, those who are successful people. their work and rest are balanced. then their growth happens, our growth tab is not happening when we are performing well. we get growth even when we rest or exercise, for example, we take a farmer.
